Shipping Policy

We strive for prompt delivery, and aim to have most packages shipped within 3-7days. All of our goods are made to order, larger orders (depending on quantity) can add 2-3 days to the shipping time.

In the United States, we offer complimentary USPS First Class Mail shipping on all orders that are $75 or more.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Nº27, your satisfaction and happiness with our products is our Nº1 priority!  We are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on any product, for any reason, for up to 7 days.  Because our products are made to order, we do request that you take the time to check the size you are ordering making sure it is the desired length for a good fit.

Please be sure to include either a copy of your invoice, or a note with your name and full shipping address. Then write a brief note detailing your return, or if an exchange, which items you are looking to exchange the returned goods for.  Please include a check for $5.50 to cover shipping (if you are returning/exchanging more than one item please contact us for further information).
